What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over R5000; orders under R5000 incur a nominal delivery fee of R250 per unit.

How long will it take to get my order?

In-stock items: Average delivery time to main metro areas is approximately 3-5 working days from dispatch; 5-7 working days for outlying areas.

Note that dispatch takes place once orders have been paid for in full. If paying via EFT (bank deposit), funds need to be reflected in our account before dispatch takes place.

Made-to-order items can take up to 12 weeks.

Backorder items as per product page and client deposit.

How do pre-orders work?

If an item is on ‘preorder’, this means that the stock has not yet arrived in South Africa, but we have confirmed shipments on the water from our overseas manufacturers. This functionality allows our customers to secure stock of their chosen item in advance of its arrival, and before stock sells out.

Where is my order?

Upon your order leaving our dispatch centre you will receive an email notifying you of dispatch, thereafter you can access the link and track your shipment until delivery.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. So if you need to return the item due to manufacturing faults or a change of heart, it must be in its original packaging and reported within the specified timeframes. Refunds, replacements, or repairs are subject to our policy terms, including handling fees and exclusions for installed or special-order items.
