If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for – whether it’s a larger diameter fan, a different blade and rod colour combination, or a custom colour – get in touch with us to explore how we can bring your ideal fan to life.

Is there a warranty?

Definitely! We offer a 2-year warranty on parts and a 3-year warranty on the DC motor.

How do I install the fan?

A qualified electrician will be able to install your fan. Instructions will be included in the box.

Why are there two rods in the box?

There are two different down rod lengths in the box, 12cm and 25cm. Depending on the height of your ceiling, you can choose which rod will best suit your room. The ceiling fans need 2.3m to clear, and we have additional longer rods up to 3m.

Shipping An Order

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free delivery within South Africa on orders over R5,000. Please note that trade discount orders, orders on sale, and orders placed from outside South Africa do not qualify for free delivery.

Trade discount orders do not qualify for free delivery.

Delivery within South Africa will incur a charge. If you prefer, you are welcome to collect from our Cape Town location or arrange your own courier, in either case, delivery fees will be waived.

There are no hidden or additional charges on local deliveries.

For All Orders:

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1–2 business days. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Shipping for international orders will be quoted separately, please get in touch with us directly to arrange this. You are welcome to collect from our Cape Town location or we can arrange shipping on your behalf. Please note that any taxes and levies applicable in your country will be for your account.
