A qualified electrician will be able to install your fan. Instructions will be included in the box.

There are two different down rod lengths in the box, 12cm and 25cm. Depending on the height of your ceiling, you can choose which rod will best suit your room. The ceiling fans need 2.3m to clear, and we have additional longer rods up to 3m.

We offer free delivery to our customers within South Africa for orders above R5000, excluding the MEACO range. Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days.

After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Trade discount orders, as well as fans on sale, will not qualify for free delivery.

Delivery within South Africa will incur a charge. However, if you choose to collect from our Cape Town location or arrange your courier, delivery fees will be waived.

International Shipping
We ship our products worldwide. However, please note that free shipping is not available for countries outside South Africa. The shipping cost for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order, as well as the destination.

As soon as your order has been placed and paid for, we will courier the fans to you within 5 working days. Depending on your location, the fans will be delivered as quickly as possible.

Local deliveries do not have any hidden or additional charges. Should you be ordering from a different country, taxes and levies will need to be paid.
